hello. I will like for everyone to not give money to any charity . Please its a simple request to pay it forward. 

Do a simple good deed. I started when Trevor was very ill.

Give a smile to some who may be angry as ypu dont know their pain

 give a cup of tea to someone haveing a bad day.

Please dont just walk pass a beggat ask them if they will like a drink . Maybe offer tham a coke or a water

 I took a homeless man for a meal to a  restruant of his choice . And he wass so happy. Thought if trevor is not eating this man will eat for him

 give a hug to a staff who may have had a bad day. Or if a friend is sad be there for them.

Be kind  do good. And please try to smile more. I did smile when i wanted to cry and get my husband back or when i knew his pain was too much but I smiled and amazingly people smiled back..

I love hugs so and chats   

Trevor good memories and caring nature will live on forever.
